SENIOR HOUSING APPLICATIONS OPEN

The Housing Authority of the Town of Morristown (“Authority”) announces the opening of its Low-Income Public Housing Program Senior Housing waiting list. Applicants must be 62 years of age or older. Housing availability consists of studio or one-bedroom apartments located at either 31 Early Street, 39 Early Street or 29 Ann Street in Morristown, New Jersey.  Waiting list eligibility will be verified.

Application available online only at www.morristownha.org starting Monday, April 12, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. (E.S.T.). Any computer, mobile device (cell phone, tablet) with access to the internet can be used to access and complete the application. Applications will not be accepted by mail or in person at any Housing Authority office.

Applicants must meet all federal eligibility requirements and their income cannot exceed the following U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) income limits:
